Where do you ship from?
We ship from USA, Turkey, and China.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Standard shipping: 1-2 weeks (within most regions)

International shipping: 2-4 weeks (outside of USA)

What if I donβt receive my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?
As we process orders quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, we cannot modify the order, but you can return it for a full refund after receiving it.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your returned item or cancellation request. If you paid by credit/debit card, processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Our prices do not include taxes or customs fees. Depending on your countryβs regulations, import duties or taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and must be covered by the customer.
